You'll find the Kauai Plantation Railway at the the Kilohana Plantation which itself is located in the plain between Mount Waialeale and the Haupu Mountain. Kilohana offers a showcase for Kauai's agricultural and plantation lifestyle.
The Kauai Plantation Railway is a short train ride around the estate exploring the gardens, vegetation, and orchard. The guide will point out the more than 50 fruits and vegetables along the way. There is an area where you can feed donkeys, goats, and pigs. There is a train depot where you'll board a train with finely crafted wood interior.
Fun activity for families, especially the kiddos. Don't forget to visit their gift shop.
