Livestock Tavern is a sister restaurant to Lucky Belly and serves dishes just as tasty and creative. The atmosphere is casual and service is attentive and friendly.
The grilled octopus salad was excellent. The octopus was very tender but there were only few pieces of octopus. We ordered lobster and squid ink pasta, grilled salmon, and herb roasted chicken. The lobster and squid ink pasta had lots of lobster pieces. It was a little on the rich side but still very delicious. The portion size was large enough for a leftover lunch the next day. The salmon was fresh and tasty but on the small side. The herb roasted chicken with mashed potatoes was pretty filling.
The prices are on the expensive side but the taste makes up for it.
