Brick Oven Pizza is located in the back corner of a little strip mall in Kapolei which makes it hard to spot at first. It's behind the Noodle Factory restaurant and next to the Simply organized store.
The make a pretty decent pizza here (though nowhere near the best we've ever had) along with some good sandwiches like a tasty french dip. Service is good, fast, and friendly and the food is priced well. Add all of that up and it's worth checking out.
