Kawaiku'i Beach Park doesn't really have a whole lot to offer the average beach-goer. The grassy park area is a good size and has bathrooms and picnic tables but that's fairly easy to find at many beach parks.
The sandy beach area is what really brings this place down because it's just not an attractive shoreline and not a place you'd really go to play in the water. It's very rocky and what little sandy beach there is will be littered with rocks and ocean debris.
The water here is usually calm so it could be a place to do a little kayaking or some stand up paddleboarding but beyond few beachgoers will be flocking to this place.
