This Lappert's Hawaii location is really popular with all of the tourists staying here at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort so waiting in line is pretty common on busy nights. Fortunately, the line moved fairly fast and the smell of fresh waffle cones being made makes waiting a few minutes a pretty decent experience.
As for the ice cream, well, it's delicious. And those waffle cones are excellent, especially when they're still warm. The price is a little high, figure around $5 for a scoop in a waffle cone but it's a good amount of ice cream. Not cheap but pretty much what I'd expect in a high rent tourist area like this.
