Good Mexican food can be hard to find in Hawaii so we're pleased with Acapulco.
The service is pretty good and it all feels like a proper hole in the wall authentic Mexican restaurant (albeit in a strip mall). Expect all of the usual Mexican combo plates with rice and beans and tasty chips and salsa. We've read some reviews stating that this place doesn't have drinks (and to bring your own) but that must be old information as they do server regular soda / pop, etc.
If you are in the Waipio area then this is a good place to visit and we do recommend it, especially as there aren't tons of options around here.
