California Pizza Kitchen (or CPK as it's called) is a great fancy-pants pizza joint (they have salads and sandwiches too) and part of a large chain of restaurants.
Located in the Pearlridge Center (the downtown building) and via an entrance located outside of the main mall area (the monorail line runs right past it) is where you'll find this CPK. There is plenty of free parking in the nearby parking garage as well.
Prices are reasonable but you can often go to Costco and buy gift cards at 20% off, especially around the end or beginning of the year. Meaning, $50 in gift cards only cost $40 so that's a great way to save a few dollars as well.
