American and Pacific Rim specialties include spicy tiger shrimp scampi, roast prime rib rubbed with Hawaiian salt, BBQ ribs "island style," and grilled opakapaka (pink snapper) drizzled with macadamia nut and coconut cream sauce. Guests can also relax with the restaurant's signature "Lava Flow" beverages, and enjoy live contemporary Hawaiian entertainment and a free hula show every Wednesday evening. This restaurant opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
