Coffee Or Tea - Restaurants On Oahu Honolulu, Hawaii

Coffee or Tea is little cafe type place in the Mccully Shopping Center that serves up, well, coffer or tea. But one look at the vast menu and you'll be scratching your head like I was and wondering what to try. It's almost too much to choose from.

But that's when the lady behind the counter, who could see my confusion, stepped in to suggest some drinks based on what was most popular. That was nice, but she then offered to make some mini samples of a couple of drinks for us to try out. I don't think I've ever been in a place like this where I was offered samples, complete with "bubbles" and a fat straw cut in half no less. A for effort there.

I went with a Passion Fruit Green Tea. Want bubbles with that? Yea, of course. And boy do they load in the bubbles! In my case the bubbles were of the tapioca variety and thus tasteless so they don't thrill me as I prefer flavored mochi in my bubble tea but it's all good.

The tea was cold, sweet, and tasty. No complaints here. Well, it's another place that only takes cash which annoys me. But otherwise I recommend it. It's nice inside, clean, and a good place to relax over a tea or coffee. They also serve shakes, shave ice (well, theirs is shaved ice) along with some nice looking dessert and bakery items. Expect to spend $6 or so for a drink.
