Delicious authentic style Mexican food in a small space inside of a strip mall. Excellent service, food, and cheap prices make this is a must try if you're in the Ewa Beach area.

This is your typical authentic Mexican style restaurant in a strip mall, only it's delicious! We were pleasantly surprised at how good Fiesta's really is when it comes to both food and service.
They have a decent menu of tacos, burritos, chimichangas, fajitas, enchiladas, tamales, and so on which is exactly what you'd expect from an authentic Mexican restaurant. The taste on all of the items we tried was excellent and none of it had the typical greasy mess you often find with this type of food. I wouldn't call it healthy, but it didn't weigh us down at all and I ate a burrito that no human should ever consume in one sitting.
We were served by what we assume was the husband and wife owner who were very nice and friendly and very good at taking care of us and truly seemed like they enjoy what they do. I can't remember a time when my drink was better refilled than it was here at Fiesta's!
The prices are very reasonable with huge chimichangas and burritos for $8-$10. Sodas ran us $2.25 each which seemed fair considering the refill action they offer you.
We read one complaint about Fiesta's which was the fact that they charge for chips and salsa (a big basket will run you a pricey $4.50). I can see the complaint here and even though prices overall are fairly cheap this is quite annoying.
