Surprisingly good food, often excellent service, great prices, family friendly, a great option in Kapolei. On the downside, $4 soda is insanity.

Chili's is a typical American style table service restaurant chain. Normally we don't get too excited over places like this but at some point in the last couple of years they've really come up with some tasty menu items. They have all sorts of burgers, taco items, fajitas, sandwiches and wraps, salads, etc.
This is a good place to take kids as they have a decent kids menu with coloring / activities to keep them busy. Prices are pretty decent here with the exception of the overpriced $4 drinks (that's just greedy).
