Shabu Shabu King comes from shabu shabu, the Japanese style of hot-pot cooking with a variety of meats, veggies, and seafood cooked in hot and flavored broths right at your table. You can choose from more than a dozen types of broths such as mushroom, kim chee, sake, curry, and miso. You can also pick your veggies, seafood, and meats including thinly sliced pieces of beef, pork, beef tongue, chicken testicles, salmon heads, duck feet, and more.
