Rai Rai Ramen serves a wide variety of seafood, chicken, beef, pork, and vegetable ramen dishes. They are open for lunch and dinner. It's kind of a small, hole-in-the-wall type place but clean inside. The menu is quite large with plenty to choose from and our waitress helped suggest a few dishes to try.
I went for the basic Miso Ramen Soup which is a good beginner dish. Make it a mini-combo with a side of fried rice for around $14 before tax and tip. The side of rice was huge but the ramen was lacking a little. Felt like I should have had more noodles in there. I didn't leave hungry since the rice was so large, but could have eaten more.
Still the ramen flavor was good and not too salty, the noodles were cooked just right and had a good taste to them, and the fried rice was quite good as well. Of course, I'm not a ramen expert by any means. Far from it actually. My only complaint is the value as the prices just feel a few dollars too high. Even so, I'd happily eat here again.
