I don't frequent diners like this too often and usually when I do it's because I'm looking for some cheap eats. All too often I feel like the food might be okay but the prices are too high. With Big City Diner, I was happy to find good food at really fair prices.
This time around I want for some chili nachos. You get a huge portion for $12 or so and it was plenty to fill me up. They come loaded with chili, cheese, green onions, olives, corn, salsa, and some buttermilk ranch dressing. Good stuff, I really like the chili here. Service was good, the place is clean, all around a good place for a meal.
It's an excellent value with kids as well with various $4 or $6 kid menu options.
