Island Manapua Factory is a small little take out restaurant that serves Chinese style cuisine. They have a pretty large selection of items with manapua being one of their specialties.
We ordered several small items so we could each sample a few bites from each. The Peking Duck on steamed buns was probably my favorite and had a really good sauce on it. The White Rice Cake was also very interesting and tasty, sort of like mochi in terms of texture and taste.
Some of the other items they serve include har gau, siu mai, gau gee, peking duck with noodles, siu bao, and many other items as well as pre-packaged items that are good if you're on the go.
