GRYLT Manoa’s menu boasts farm-fresh produce and freshly grilled proteins delivered in an earth-friendly and nutritious way. Their food does not include frying or harmful additives - the ahi tuna is freshly caught, their chicken breast is hormone and steroid free, their beef is certified Angus and their tofu is made locally.
They serve salads, sandwiches, steak, seafood, chicken and tofu dishes – and offer takeout.
Additionally, in an effort to reduce their carbon footprint, their plates and straws are made out of sugarcane. Their salad containers, acai cups, and portion cups are made from corn. Their forks, knives and spoons are made from potatoes. The napkins are made from recycled materials, and the tables were recycled from another restaurant.
