Pele’s Kitchen serves a variety of local foods. They use their own fruits and vegetables from their own organic gardens.
They made their own bakery products such as pastries, and breads. They also prepare mostly home grown organic foods.
To date, their restaurant features a sushi bar, and they serve fresh sushi every Thursday until Sunday.
