Maui's only regional shopping center, this indoor mall features over 100 shops and restaurants and a six screen movie theater.

The propaganda for this large shopping mall will have you believe that this is the island's premiere shopping and entertainment destination.
The bottom line is that it's just another mall. Sure, it's big and has over 100 shops and restaurants including a food court and six screen movie theater but at the end of the day it's a mall like most others you've been to on the mainland with many of the same stores.
It has a Sears, Macy's, and other big brand name stores so there is very little that's unique about this mall. That's not necessarily a bad thing but for the average tourist it's not likely to be something that goes on your must-do list.
Of course, if you have time to kill before your flight it can be a good place to stop in for some quick food or just to walk around since it is close to Kahului Airport (OGG).
