This Zippy's location has 2 dining options: You can order take out and sit outside in the patio area, or you can enjoy a sit down meal at a table and be served. I normally order Zip Min, which includes saimin noodles, with wontons, vegetables, and shrimp tempura. It comes with Chinese mustard dipping sauce. The saimin is good, but not outstanding. It works.

We also ordered the fried chicken plate. The chicken tasted like it was sitting under a heater for a long time. It was cold and chewy. The service was adequate; I've never had an experience when I thought "Wow, that was really good service".

In general, the food is average. I've had the oxtail soup, which was good, but greasy. You couldn't eat too much of it. I also ordered the oriental chicken salad, and the dressing was really salty.

The only thing that I really like from Zippy's is the chili rice, because it's tasty and you can order it without beans.

On the positive side, there is plenty of parking in a connecting lot.
