Chef Tom Selman a well-known culinary Chef of Maui calls his food "refined comfort food" with its specialty which includes roasted Chinese chicken salad with wontons, slow-cooked baby back ribs with Poha-honey mustard glaze, onion rings with house-made smoky ketchup, and more.
They have their daily specials which range from roasted eggplant terrine to grilled steak. If you prefer low fat or low calorie food then the chef will happily customize a menu to your preference.
