HASR Bistro seeks to create comfort food with a passion and provide fine dining quality in a family restaurant atmosphere. They offer live music and have daily specials, fine wines, and more.
This bistro serves seafood, steak and a variety of chicken, beef, and pork dishes. They take reservations and have a bring-your-own-bottle policy (only for wine and sake no beer or liquor allowed).
The parking situation here is pretty bad with a small lot next door (north) to the restaurant but expect to pay around $5-12. If that lot is full there are other nearby lots about 1-2 blocks.
