Kawai is a Tokyo-based teppanyaki fusion and sushi restaurant that uniquely combines traditional and contemporary Asian tastes into innovative Japanese meals. The menu is full of modern Japanese dishes that use locally grown ingredients and authentic Japanese cooking techniques.
