Edge of Waikiki offers their new line of “Vint-Edge” cocktails. Their drinks represent the image of Vintage Hawaiiana. Their cocktails embody modern versions of the classic cocktails made with as many local spirits possible. They have a selection of cocktails with an edge from the classic Mai Tai – a combination of light and dark rums with pineapple juice and tropical liqueurs; to mango margarita – a blend of Sauza gold tequila, mango, fresh lime and mint; parrot bay mango rum.
They also have tropical cocktails from the lava flow – strawberry swirled through a blend of old lahaina silver rum, coconut & banana syrup to Acaipirinha – leblon cachaca and cedilla acai liqueur with fresh lime and club soda. Aside from cocktails they also offer other alcoholic beverages. To compliment fine dining, they have wine that is served by glass or bottle.
Their menu consists of the classic American dishes with a touch of Hawaiian flavor. Their menu is composed of sandwiches – from fire grilled hamburger to grilled teriyaki chicken royal sandwich; and Pupus (appetizers) – from garlic shrimp to Hawaiian wild Ahi Poke. They also have various salads and desserts to choose to compliment your meals.
