This authentic Japanese restaurant was opened June of 2012. It is still new, but it has started to gain popularity among the locals and tourists alike.

Kojima’s Sushi Bar is owned and run by Chef Kojima. He is a significant figure in the culinary world. He launched his first restaurant in 1979, and he became a model in setting the standards for serving traditional Japanese cuisine and sushi. He takes pride in creating only top notch restaurants serving the best Japanese food in a friendly environment.

With that in mind, the Kojima Sushi Bar was created so he could continue to serve unique Japanese cuisine and sushi adding some local ingredients for a touch of aloha.
