Hali’maile General store is the first of a family of restaurants of Chef Beverly Gannon. The restaurant has been serving Maui since 1988. It features various Pacific regional American cuisine with a touch of Asian and using only the finest and freshest local ingredients.
They offer lunch as well as dinner, and they have separate menus for the kids. Lunch menu includes appetizers and salads, and main entrees like Chef Bev’s special Baby Back Ribs, Coconut Seafood Curry and the likes and a selection of sandwiches from Roasted chicken sandwich to Curried Turkey Wrap.
For dinner, they have a raw bar which features Sashimi Napoleon and Sashimi Pizza. They also have Appetizers, salad & soup, Seafood from Miso Marinated Walu to Coconut Seafood Curry and meat dish from Roasted Meyer Lemon Half Chicken to Rib-Eye Steak.
A vegetarian menu is available.
