Nobu is legendary for creating world-class sushi. They create Asian fusion sushi that is beautifully prepared. They serve lunch and dinner. Appetizers, cocktails, and seafood are on the menu in this upscale restaurant.
They feature decor that includes sea urchin-inspired chandeliers, and scorched ash tables in conjunction with rich hues and soft lighting to create an intimate and elegant environment.
This is high a high end sushi establishment. There is no shortage of delicious sushi restaurants in Honolulu, but Nobu is a classic.
