The café was created not only for profit but primarily for the purpose of giving a chance for ex-offenders to prove their skills in food service, customer service and all other areas in managing a small business. Love The Journey is a non-profit organization that manages the coffee shop. Its main purpose is to sell coffee so that they can employ people.
