Big Island Breakfast is a breakfast buffet located in the massive Hilton Waikoloa Village resort. It's in a semi-circular building in about the middle of the resort property. From the lobby, head towards the monorail line and turn right (north) and it's just a (relatively) short walk away and has a nice view of their large lagoon. All seating is indoors.
You can order items off of a (very limited) breakfast menu, but this is primarily a buffet and only open for breakfast. Expect many of the usual breakfast favorites like bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, French toast, cereal, pastries, and other breakfast items. They have a made-to-order omelet station as well.
Kids will get a free wristband here as all of the Hilton restaurants have a different colored rubber wristband to collect and when you collect them all you get a free scoop of ice cream. Kids will love the idea and want to collect all of them. Collect the seventh (from the Luau) and you get a free picture with their resident parrot.
