Verde is located in Kapa’a Shopping Center and is a pretty tiny location with around a dozen tables packed inside. It's also hugely popular with locals and tourists so coming before peak meal times is advised.
While this is a Mexican style restaurant it's not really the classic style of Mexican food with combination plates of heavy foods, beans, and rice. It's pretty Americanized but in a good way, almost a fresh-Mex type of food.
Their menu includes tacos, burritos, salads and signature dishes like stacked enchiladas.
