Hukilau Lanai can be found at the Kauai Coast Resort (which is right next door to the Aston Islander on the Beach) and is open for dinner service only. They serve a variety of appetizers and American dishes with some Hawaiian inspiration such as steaks, seafood, ribs, and even poke nachos.
You'll find a full bar here, waiter service, and a nice outdoor eating area if you prefer not to be inside. They serve five course gluten free meals. All of the ingredients that are used there, are locally sourced.
