Uppers Beach Park isn't a sandy beach at all and has a very rocky shoreline so water access is very difficult and involves climbing over the rocks.

There are no facilities here and this isn't a swimming beach. In the winter the waves can be large, strong, and amazing to watch from a safe distance.
