Lawai Beach is a tiny strip of sand right next to Beach House Restaurant, and right off Lawai Road in the Koloa area on the south shore of Kaua'i. Snorkeling can be good here if the ocean is calm but strong currents can develop when the waves are coming in.
Parking is along Lawai Road, wherever you can find a legal spot to fit. Since the beach is so small, and it gets even smaller as the tides rise, it can get a bit crowded here.
If you're staying nearby and can walk here then this can be a good beach for you. Bathrooms are located across the street.
