The Canoe Club Beach is a tiny pocket of sandy beach just south of Kaimana / Sans Souci Beach @ Waikiki by the Outrigger Canoe Club building.

You will find some free street parking options right along Kalakaua Avenue or even in the War Memorial Natatorium area and lot as well. If you can't find a free spot there then turn around when you reach the large fountain and you'll find quite a few metered parking spots on the northbound side of the street. If you didn't bring change with you then turn east on Kapahulu Avenue and park in the parking lot right by the Honolulu Zoo. Note your license plate number then head to one of the many payment kiosks where you can pay with cash or credit card.

Now comes the challenge of finding the beach access to get to the actual beach because you'll see a lot "private property" and "no beach access" signs all over this area. Heading south on the sidewalk, walk passed the Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head building and you should see the sign for Michel's at the Colony Surf building where you will turn in towards the beach, through the open parking lot / vehicle entrance.

Keep walking towards the beach and passed the horizontal vehicle arm / gate and you should be able to see a sidewalk that leads out to the ocean. You have arrived at your destination. The other option was to swim from Kaimana / Sans Souci Beach @ Waikiki next door!

There are no facilities here and it's such a tiny beach and fairly small water area because of all of the small boats that are moored here. It is a neat little area and you can get some good shade from the buildings right along the beach, but it's probably not worth your time considering the better offerings of Waikiki just a short walk away.
