The restaurant was established 2011, and it brings a new flavoring to their unique Japanese menu. They only use fresh ingredients from the local produce and uses seasonal ingredients to create a unique dining experience.
What makes them different is they keep their menu organic and natural as much as possible. Their homemade Tamari house soy sauce is wheat free. They offer a large selection of menu which includes their starters, yakitori or chicken skewers, temari sushi, temari five-o, veggie sushi, sushi and sashimi; and desserts.
They serve lunch and dinner, and they accept take-out. They are easy to find since the restaurant is located in the first floor of Ala Moana Hotel.
