Matt Anderson's Take
This is a nice little park tucked away in a residential neighborhood in Mokuleia on the north shore. The park area is fairly small but includes a basketball court, kids playground equipment, a drinking fountain, and some benches (some of which were broken on our last visit).

The ocean behind the park is quite nice with clear blue waters and plenty of sand to play on. The shoreline can be a bit rocky in areas but head east just beyond the basketball court area where water access is easy. The residents that live around here might use this park more on the weekends but during the week it will be pretty slow and there should be plenty of parking in the lot (west side of the park) or on the street.
