Outback is a great steak and seafood restaurant chain and offers excellent quality food. We're big fans of Outback and visit often when we need a decent quality steak (or burger, or ribs, etc). Start your meal off with a super delicious awesome blossom (onion rings basically).
Outback offers lunch on Saturday and Sunday only but dinner seven days a week, and we suggest getting there a bit early as it can get crowded. The bar side can get a bit noisy when sports are playing on the TVs so stick with the main dining area if you want to avoid that.
It's not a cheap place to eat but considering the quality of food and usually great service it's fairly reasonable and certainly better and way cheaper than a hotel restaurant.
